With operations on both the East and West Coasts, a new headquarters in Phoenix, and a 100% Made in the USA product line, we are poised for significant growth. We are seeking a Vice President of National Sales to lead and expand our sales efforts across the United States.

This remote leadership role will focus on developing and executing a national sales strategy, managing key customer relationships, and leading a team of regional and national account executives. The VP will drive revenue growth through Fixturelite’s product lines—Essentials, Performance, and Executive—while fostering long-term partnerships in key sectors including foodservice, office coffee, hospitality, higher education, and retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable national sales strategy to drive profitable growth.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of high-performing sales professionals across multiple regions.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with OCS and vending operators, micro market providers, and contract foodservice companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with Fixturelite’s design, production, and marketing goals.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategy and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Leverage Fixturelite’s value proposition—modular design, domestic manufacturing, and rapid delivery—to secure new business and outperform competitors.
  • Represent Fixturelite at national tradeshows, client meetings, and industry events.
  • Emphasize the advantages of USA-made products amid current tariffs and supply chain volatility.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of national or regional sales leadership experience in fixtures, vending, micro markets, retail displays, or foodservice.
  • Convenience Services industry experience strongly preferred (micro markets, vending, unattended retail) — this is a critical focus.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing national accounts and leading sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of operator, client, and consumer needs in the unattended retail and foodservice sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales data analytics.
  • Ability to work remotely while traveling 60%+ for client visits, industry events, and team leadership.
